Slane palačinke – zdrave

Sastojci:

1 cijelo jaje
2 bjelanjka
100g zobenih pahuljica (sameljene da budu gustoće brašna)
200g zrnatog sira
20g pureće šunke
malo soli (prstohvat)

Priprema:
Pomiješat jaje, bjlanjke, sameljene zobene, malo soli u jednu smjesu i ispeću na tavici kao i klasične plačinke.
Na njih naknadno staviti pureću šunku, te tako zapeči sa obje strane. Kada su gotove preko njih dodati zrnati sir.

nutrinska vrijednost cijele smjese: 750kcal

proteini: 85g
masti: 28g
ugljikohidrati: 69g
